“I am building something that does not already exist, so I can be to others what I wished I had”
Hi, my name is LaDawn Moore, founder/host of Let’s Talk About It. Let’s Talk About It support group is for those suffering from mental conditions such as anxiety, depression, protracted grief, generational curses, spiritual trauma, and other mental health conditions. We provide healing through faith and conversation
After experiencing anxiety and depression, I discovered that a support group is essential to a person’s healing journey. It made such a huge difference in my life, that I wanted to share it with others.
You are invited to our Facebook live Podcast every third Saturday of the month and on Zoom.

Let’s Talk About It (LTAI) is a faith-based mental health support group for adults (18+), founded in 2021. It provides a safe space for individuals to heal from past trauma, grief, loss, and generational curses through open discussions, biblical principles, and practical tools.
Generations Thou Art Loose (GTAL) is a teen empowerment group (ages 12-17) designed to help teens navigate identity, mental health, generational influences, decision-making, and personal growth. Through discussions, activities, and biblical guidance, it equips them to break free from societal and familial labels while embracing their God-given purpose.
Thanks to the unwavering support of our community, we have made a significant impact over the years. Through these programs, individuals have found healing, restored relationships, and the strength to overcome generational cycles. Teens have gained confidence, life skills, and a sense of purpose, while families have received essential resources to help them thrive.
Your continued support allows us to keep making a difference! If you’d like to donate or become a sponsor, please contact 313-854-9058.
Thank you for being part of this transformative journey!

We might think God wants to hear only certain things from us-thanksgiving and praise, intercessions and heartfelt repentance. But David prayed for his enemies' destruction; Job protested his suffering; Gideon doubted and tested; Jonah rejected his calling. There's nothing off limits with God- every complaint, doubt, failure, and thought is safe. He wants to hear from the real you and to help you - His beloved child - through it all. What do you need to tell God today?
I am building something that does not already exist so I can be to others what I wish I had.

DownloadLet's Talk About It Support Group is a Blessing in my life. It help me to look within myself and see that it was a lot of unforgiveness that I still was holding on to. Listening to others share their stories shine light on problems I had faced that I couldn't put into words. From being apart of the support group it has helped me to changed my way of thinking. My focus have shifted on the important things in life. And most of all my faith has been strengthen. I thank God for LaDawn Moore for wanting to be a Blessing and a helped to God's people. May God Continue to Bless the work of your hands and give you the desires of your heart is my prayer!
This platform is built on God, His word, love, inspiration, encouragement and more. I learned that God should always be the one to lead us. 2. How things are passed down through generations mentally in the flesh and spiritually through our families but by the grace of God we don't have to be like others. 3. It's time to talk about what's going on so that people can be healed, delivered and set free. Stop sweeping thing under the rug like nothing is wrong. I am truly blessed by this platform. God bless the host and everyone connected to this platform. God gets all the Glory!
I love the whole philosophy structure and setup of the whole "can we talk workshop." It was refreshing to be isolated from the women.. allowing the brothers to open up and share and consider things from a male perspective the things we go through... The things we go through and how to take advantage and you lies the word of God. The small group setting was diverse with brothers of all ages speaking openly.... It was a very insightful and productive way to spend the morning!
This group has not only given me relief, as I can speak about what I'm struggling with without judgement, but I've also been discovering the meaning and the root of some of the things I could never put a name to or thought that was abnormal. I feel better about a lot of things, knowing that I'm not alone and that I have other people my age to help me.
